Our Family

Mike and I met in college. We spent the first 10 years in British Columbia, Canada where we had our first 2 children, Amber and Braden. We loved our time there with wonderful family and friends. But we felt the need to move to the States and have been here the past 11 years where Tanner and Jordan were born. We love the small town we live in, the wonderful people that are here, and being closer to Danae's family. We enjoy spending time together working and playing.

The Big Race

This year only Jordan could compete in the pinewood derby race. Since designing and building the car is the best part, all 3 boys built cars. This was also a good way to keep Tanner and Braden busy to allow Jordan to build his own car, his own way. Here is Jordan's car, up close. The yellow racing stripes made it easy to spot during a race. This was my first attempt at using my camera for a video. Sorry but you'll have to tilt your head. Remember, you're looking for bright yellow racing stripes.

After winning many races...

It was announced that Jordan was the 1st place winner out of the Bear Pack.

And the 3rd place winner out of all the cub scouts.

The best part of the evening was watching Jordan having such a good time. He didn't realize that he was winning so many races. He was completely surprised when his name was announced. And the best part, he did it himself. Great Job Jordan!
