Our Family

Mike and I met in college. We spent the first 10 years in British Columbia, Canada where we had our first 2 children, Amber and Braden. We loved our time there with wonderful family and friends. But we felt the need to move to the States and have been here the past 11 years where Tanner and Jordan were born. We love the small town we live in, the wonderful people that are here, and being closer to Danae's family. We enjoy spending time together working and playing.

Youth Trek

Braden was able to attend our stake's youth conference and experience his second pioneer trek. This was most likely his last youth activity now that he is 18. In my opinion it was one of the best treks in that we as families were able to share in a little of the experience with them. It was amazing to watch them leave the stake center as pioneer families pushing their handcarts along the paths and roads up the dirt trail. It was more amazing to watch them come down from the mountains behind our homes led by our Stake President on horseback. As families we gathered along the path and greeted the tired pioneers by waving a white handkerchief.
